The reduction of consular services fees abroad is based on the directive of President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo to all Philippine foreign posts to ease the financial burden of overseas Filipino workers.
Ambassador Tiglao is confident that the reduction of fees would uplift the situation of our hardworking kababayans in Greece and Cyprus .
