Reports Of Marriage
The Report of Marriage is a declaration of the marriage between Filipino citizens or between a Filipino citizen and a foreigner solemnized outside the Philippines. The marriage must be registered with the Philippine Foreign Service Post (Embassy or Consulate) of the country where the marriage was solemnized.
REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTRATION OF MARRIAGE
1. Marriage Certificate in Greek and its official English translation
2. Duly accomplished Report of Marriage. Forms may be obtained from the Embassy’s Consular Section or downloaded from this site.
3. Photocopy of the passport of the Contracting Parties (husband and wife).
